Your portal tracks three completion items:

Your programme payment is settled and your 12 month membership is running.
Self-assessment
During your kick-off call, your Good Period team works through the framework areas with you to understand where your organisation stands today.
Announcement
Your programme announcement is complete.
You are not expected to address every framework area at once. Certification recognises consistent progress, not perfection.
The framework
A practical framework for better workplaces. The Good Period Employer Framework gives your organisation and Good Period a shared approach across culture, wellbeing, facilities, management, policy and procurement. The aim is to understand where you are today, identify meaningful opportunities and make consistent progress over time.
Context
Menstrual health isn't just about periods. It's about how hormones affect the body and mind every day, from someone's first period through to menopause, influencing mood, energy, skin, bone health, heart health, reproductive health and much more. In short, menstrual health underpins the health and wellbeing of half the world's population for most of their lives.

Consider reasonable adjustments in line with organisational policies and applicable legal obligations.
Listen, measure and improve
Seek feedback from employees about menstrual and hormonal health support.
Review policies, practices and workplace provisions regularly.
Use what you learn to identify priorities and improve over time.
Use procurement to create social impact
Where possible, choose socially driven suppliers and partners that contribute to better outcomes for underserved communities.
Use procurement as a practical tool to connect workplace wellbeing with wider social impact.
Why this matters now
Menstrual health is increasingly recognised as an important part of workplace wellbeing, inclusion and employee experience. Key developments:
BS 30416:2023 (BSI), Menstruation, menstrual health and menopause in the workplace
Established guidance covering facilities, policies, education, management support and workplace adjustments.
ISO 45010
An international standard on menstruation, menstrual health and menopause in the workplace, currently in development. Organisations taking practical action now will be well placed as requirements evolve.
UK legislation
Employers with 250 or more employees face changes to gender pay gap action planning, including menopause support, with mandatory requirements expected from spring 2027.
For organisations operating across markets, these developments reflect a wider shift towards treating menstrual health as a meaningful part of workplace wellbeing and inclusion.
Written for your HR, Communications and Facilities teams: preparing your workplace, communicating with employees, and sharing your partnership externally.
Thank you for joining the Good Period Employer Programme.
By partnering with Good Period, your organisation is taking a meaningful step towards creating a workplace where menstrual health is recognised as an important part of employee wellbeing, from periods to perimenopause and life stages between.
This guide has been designed for your HR, Communications and Facilities teams. It contains everything you need to launch the programme successfully, from preparing your workplace and communicating with employees to sharing your partnership externally.
Our aim is to help you deliver a launch that is informative, inclusive and easy to implement. Whether you are introducing period care products for the first time or building on existing wellbeing initiatives, this guide provides practical resources to support every stage of your rollout.
The Good Period Employer Programme helps organisations create more inclusive workplaces by embedding menstrual health into workplace wellbeing.
The programme combines three core pillars:
Inclusive facilities
Certified organic period care products that are freely available in workplace washrooms.
Supportive workplaces
Practical guidance and resources to help organisations strengthen workplace policies and create environments where employees feel supported.
Education and awareness
Evidence-based education that helps employees and managers better understand menstrual and hormonal health, challenge stigma and encourage informed conversations.
Every partnership also creates impact beyond the workplace. As a Certified B Corp and social enterprise, Good Period reinvests every partnership into expanding menstrual health education and product access for women and girls in the local community, helping reduce barriers to health, education and opportunity.
As a programme member, your organisation can also become a Good Period Certified Employer. Certification is reviewed against the Good Period Employer Framework. Its seven areas are requirements considered together, rather than steps to complete in order.
Your portal tracks three completion items: Payment settled, Self-assessment during your kick-off call, and Announcement.

Dispensers are wall-mounted and freely accessible, inside washroom cubicles or on the vanity wall, at a height employees can reach without assistance. Each unit carries a short explanatory panel and a QR code linking to Good Period.
Size
H25 × L11 × W14 cm.
Capacity
approximately 30 pads or 14 tampons at a time.

Ordering and deliveries
How to order
email orders@good-period.org. Restock orders are delivered to your designated location within 5 working days of order acceptance.
Who manages refills
your facilities, cleaning or administration team, in the same way as other washroom supplies.
Delivery
free for orders of 3 cases or more per delivery, excluding special delivery zones such as Hong Kong International Airport and the outlying islands. To reduce the environmental impact of deliveries, work with your facilities team to decide how much stock can be stored on site, and consolidate deliveries where possible.

Pads
480 per case. 38 × 35 × 31 cm, 6.3 kg.
Tampons
100 per case. 18 × 13 × 15 cm, 1.2 kg.
How much to order
As a general guide, we see usage of 2 to 4 products per person per month. Usage may be higher in the first 3 to 4 months after launch as employees get familiar with the programme, and then settles with the right communications and engagement.
Who is our point of contact?
Your portal can be managed by your HR, People, Wellbeing or ESG team. Product ordering and replenishment can be handled separately by your facilities or administration team through orders@good-period.org, so programme management and day-to-day product operations sit with the teams best placed to manage them.
Other markets
We have entities in Mainland China and Singapore, with products delivered within 5 working days of order approval, and are piloting in selected markets across Southeast Asia. Contact your Good Period team for the latest availability. Standard dispensers are in English. Customised dispensers are available for orders of 100 units or more.

Supporting menstrual health at work: We're joining the Good Period Employer Programme
We're pleased to share that we have joined the Good Period Employer Programme, reinforcing our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, respected and able to thrive.
Menstrual health is a normal part of life, yet it is often overlooked in the workplace. Hormonal health can influence energy, concentration, mood, sleep and overall wellbeing throughout every stage of life, from periods through to perimenopause and menopause. By taking a more holistic approach, we can help create an environment where people feel comfortable accessing support, finding reliable information and having open conversations.
Through our partnership with Good Period, a Certified B Corp and award-winning social enterprise, we are taking meaningful steps to make menstrual health part of our wider wellbeing and inclusion strategy, helping to create a workplace where everyone can bring their whole selves to work.
As part of the programme, we are introducing three key areas of support:
Inclusive facilities
Certified organic period care products will be available in our washrooms, so anyone who needs them has access when they need them.
Supportive policies
We are reviewing our workplace policies to make sure they reflect current best practice and support colleagues experiencing menstrual health challenges at every life stage.
Education and awareness
Employees will have access to expert-led learning and practical resources designed to increase understanding of menstrual health, break down stigma and encourage supportive conversations. These sessions are for everyone, because creating an inclusive workplace is a shared responsibility.
What's more: our partnership with Good Period also creates impact beyond our organisation. As a social enterprise, every partnership helps fund Good Period's work providing menstrual health education and product access for women and girls in the local community, helping reduce barriers to health, education and opportunity.
Good Period. Better workplaces. Stronger communities.
Body
[your organisation] has partnered with Good Period to support menstrual health in our workplace, from periods to perimenopause, through education, open conversation, and product support in our washrooms. Beyond the workplace, our partnership supports menstrual health for girls and underserved women locally.
Menstrual health isn't just about periods. It's about how hormones affect the body and mind every day, from someone's first period through to menopause, influencing mood, energy, skin, bone health, heart health, reproductive health and much more. By recognising menstrual health as a workplace wellbeing issue, we are helping create a more inclusive environment where employees feel supported, have access to practical resources, and can find reliable information without stigma.
Who can use the products?
The products are available for anyone who needs them while at work. They are provided as a workplace resource so colleagues have access to period care when they are without their own supplies. To help keep products available for everyone, we ask employees to take only what they need at one time.
Where can I find the products?
Certified organic period care products are available free of charge in designated workplace washrooms.
Why are products provided free of charge?
Access to period care is an important part of creating an inclusive workplace. Providing products helps remove everyday barriers, supports dignity and wellbeing, and makes sure employees have what they need to participate fully at work, just as organisations provide other essential workplace facilities and supplies.
What else does the programme include?
The Good Period Employer Programme is about much more than providing products. As part of the programme, HR will provide access to Good Period's expert-led education and practical resources that build understanding of menstruation and menstrual health and encourage informed, respectful conversations across the organisation. We will also work with the Good Period team to review our workplace policies annually against emerging evidence and recognised best practice, so our approach continues to support employees at every stage of life. Together, these initiatives help create a workplace where menstrual health is recognised, supported and never a barrier to wellbeing or opportunity.
How does the partnership create wider social impact?
Every Good Period partnership helps fund menstrual health education and product access for women and girls in the local community, extending the impact beyond the workplace. You can learn more at www.good-period.org.
